Just like applying for a new job, the rental application process is your opportunity to show the property owner that you are the right person for their home and to trust you with one of their most important assets.
In today’s ever changing rental market it is best to offer a complete picture of you and your situation. In addition to the required elements listed in the application PDF below; if possible you might include a brief outline of yourself addressing any issues on your record, letters of recommendation from previous landlords and/or a personal resume. This will give the property owner a comprehensive view of you and best assist them in the decision making process.
